These terms are a structural draft, not a final contractual document. The exact scope, fees, rights, schedule, and responsibilities for each engagement are defined in the applicable written offer or agreement.

An inquiry through the website does not itself create a contract. A project begins only after the parties have agreed the relevant scope and commercial terms.

Usage rights and the transfer of working files depend on the individual agreement. No rights beyond that agreement are granted merely by receiving a proposal, draft, memo, or presentation.

Before these terms are incorporated into client contracts, they should be reviewed and adapted to the actual business form, services, client groups, payment process, liability model, and jurisdiction.
